People’s Civil Rights School

The primary objective of the Howard University People’s Civil Rights (PCR) Law School is to educate the community about various legal issues related to Housing, including Fair Housing Law and other civil rights laws.

The PCR is a two-day program that involves members of the Howard University faculty, staff, students as well as practicing lawyers and advocates. We invite all who live and/or work in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia to attend this educational event. We encourage you to pre-register for the PCR on this website as space is limited. If you do not have access to a computer, then you can contact us to receive a copy of the registration materials.
