The Law School Mourns the Passing of Mrs. Roberta Jacquelynn Nabrit, wife of Mr. James M. Nabrit III.
The law school joins with the community in mourning the passing of Mrs. Roberta Jacquelynn Nabrit. We extend our deepest sympathy to the Nabrit family. Mrs. Nabrit, Jackie as we called her, was a wonderful friend of the law school. Her many years of support and service to the Howard University School of Law is deeply appreciated by all of the faculty, staff, and students who met her or came to know her over the years. Mrs. Nabrit’s gentle spirit, heartwarming smile, thoughtfulness, and compassion will always be remembered.
Mrs. Nabrit’s memorial service will be held at the School of Law Dunbarton Chapel, on Saturday, December 6, 2008, at 10:00 a.m.
