Charles Hamilton Houston Exhibit

The permanent installation of the Charles Hamilton Houston bust and exhibit was unveiled on April 6, 2009.


The unveiling ceremony was attended by faculty, staff, students and alumni and friends. Members of the award winning Charles Hamilton Houston Moot Court Team, Dean Kurt Schmoke, and Elaine Jones, former director of the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, made remarks about Houston’s work and the legacy he left behind.


The exhibit and bust will rest in the entrance level of the Houston Hall administrative building.
