Outlaw is an organization for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning law students, as well as their allies and friends. Outlaw is one of the largest most respected and most active organizations of its kind in the nation. We serve as a social, support and political group and actively combat homophobia, heterosexism, and any discrimination based upon sexual orientation or gender identity inside and outside of the Law School.
Outlaw: (1) host social events, (2) advocates for and on behalf of gay, lesbian, bi-sexual, transgender, queer, and questioning law students, (3) provides resources regarding job opportunities in gay, lesbian, bi-sexual, and transgender-friendly firms and organizations, and (4) provides resources for students to become involved with the local and national activist community. We work on national agenda issues and co- sponsor panel discussions that focus on the academic and professional concerns of these students.
