Inclement Weather or Emergency Notification Procedure for the Law School Community
On occasion it may be necessary to have a delayed opening or close the University and the School of Law due to inclement weather or emergencies.
Please check the University website to determine if Howard University will be affected in either of these situations, www2.howard.edu.
The School of Law created the One-Call system to notify the students, faculty and staff of any changes to the normal schedule. Should the University and/or Law School have to close or modify a schedule due to inclement weather or an emergency, an alert will be sent via the One-Call system through your method of choice (e-mail, text and/or phone message).
If you have not registered for this system, please send a request to be added to the One-Call system and include your e-mail addresses, mobile and/or land line numbers.
