Submit work request by clicking on law school facilities and entering the following data:

• Select building name from drop down menu
• Enter room number
• Enter your name
• Enter your telephone number
• Enter your email address
• Provide description of work request

Please save by clicking on the save button in the upper left hand corner of the page. By clicking on the Save Button, the work request is automatically sent to facility management. Someone from facilities services will respond to your request.

This form is only to be used for submitting non-emergency work request.
